Body Change 

An excellent & versatile fitness and Weight loss programme for those who want to gain maximum results within a limited time frame. Body Change covers all the major principles of training. Michael combines advanced callisthenics with free weights to increase strength, whilst also focusing on developing higher endurance. The programme addresses posture, balance and flexibility while also focusing on creating the right mental attitude needed to remain consistent with training. You will develop a fuller understanding of nutrition and diet which will aid in gaining maximum results and a balanced lifestyle. 

On-line Health

Home Fitness consultations and dietary advice for training at home. Your health and wellbeing is a priority. Online health and fitness consultations and personal training was originally introduced as a result of covid. However it continues to be a priority for those who don’t have enough time to make the journey to a gym or are just not comfortable working out in a gym based environment. Online Health and Fitness covers all the major principles of training in the comfort of your own home.


On-line Health

Rehabilitation Training 

If you’ve spent lots of time indoors recovering from an illness or injury, it can be difficult to get motivated to take up an exercise routine. Alternatively, it can be tempting to hit workouts at full pace, but this can be counterproductive. 

Michael will design a programme to suit your individual rehabilitation requirements and ensure you reach your peak in physical fitness while adopting a healthy steady approach.


Pre & Post Natal Training

Pregnancy and giving birth can take a toll on the body. Pre & post natal training makes a huge difference. Maintaining a healthy weight gain during pregnancy can be difficult given the many obstacles faced including food cravings, morning sickness and back pain to name a few. 

Michael tailers each programme to suit the individual ensuring that any weight gain is in the expected ranges and that workouts are carried out safely for both mother and foetus.  And of course Michael will work with your after you have given birth to ensure you achieve your desired health and fitness goals.

Extreme Objective Training 

The workout would be specifically designed towards whatever your goal might be, for example running a marathon or climbing Mount Everest. Michaels focus is predominately on strength, conditioning & endurance for the up coming event. This will be achieved by doing split sessions, working upper and lower body on different days.  This would include high-intensity interval training to improve speed, followed by improvements to support flexibility.
